September 26th: Photography Boot Camp with Pat Worley

Monday 7pm to 9pm in the Holly Room at Medford Leas. 
Learn the basics of exposure, focus and composition. Ideal for beginner and intermediate photographers. 

October: Lightroom Boot Camp by Mike Pillows

Saturday Oct 22, 9:30am to 11:30am : Lightroom's Library feature in the Maple Room at Medford Leas
Saturday Oct 29, 9:30am to 11:30am: Topic Lightroom's Develop Module in the Maple Room at Medford Leas
This will be two workshops. The first will be how to organized and import photographs into Lightroom's advanced library feature. The second is an introduction to the powerful Develop Module. 

November 12: Photo Critiques

Saturday, 10am to 12pm in the Linden Room at Medford Leas
This is something new we are trying with the club. Instead of an instructional session, participants can bring up to 5 photographs for a detailed critique from a group of 3  members who are experienced judged. How much we get done is limited to the time allowed and how many people attend this workshop. We may not be able to get to all of your images, but will get to as many as possible. 

December 10: Light Painting by Pat Worley

Saturday, 10am to 12pm in The Linden Room at Medford Leas 
Expand your creative skills by learning to paint with light. Light painting provides a creative additions to low light and night photography.

January 14: High Speed Photography by Florence Robin and Mike Riddle

Saturday, 10am to 12pm at Florence's home. 
Learn how to freeze moving fast moving objects and create dramtic photographs. Workshop participantes will get Florence's address. 

February 11: Photographing the New Jersey Pinelands by Richard Lewis

Saturday, 9:30 am  to 11:30 am in the Linden Room at Medford Leas
This is not a field trip, but a basic introduction to the New Jersey Pinelands. The workshop will cover how to photograph in the Pines, when are the best times and what are the best things to photograph.

March 11 : Gear for Field Trip and Hiking by Rich Lewis

Saturday, March 12 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am  in the Linden Room at Medford Leas.
Learn how to determine what to take on a field trip and how to carry it. Many field trips and photography workshops require some hiking. In addition to camera gear, we will learn what other things to bring along.

April 22: HDR Techniques and Panoramas by Mike Riddle

Saturday, 10am to 12pm in the Linden Room at Medford Leas.
HDR or High Dynamic Range Photography will be discussed along with how to create great panoramic images. 

May 20: Demystifying Studio Lighting: Crafting Compelling Photography With Artificial Light by Sarah Ascalon and Bonnie Rovere
Saturday, 10am to 12pm in the Linden Room at Medford Leas
Many people define themselves as natural light photographers. For some, it’s a preference. But for others, it’s simply because the world of studio lighting can be just plain intimidating. Join us as we help you make sense of the many lighting and modifier options available and give you tips on getting started without investing in high end equipment. If time permits, you’ll have an opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of lights and modifiers and see how easy it can be to add impact to your work and transcend the restrictions of available light. more. 

June 10: Creative Impressionistic Photography using Textures & Topaz plug in by Bonnie Rovere

Learn creative techniques of adding textures to your photographs in order to create an impressionistic look

To participate you must sign up for regular workshops and field trips. You do not need to register for pre-meeting workshops. Attendance may be limited so sign up early using our website link.
